Your Role:
πΉ Identify and connect with businesses needing transport solutions.
πΉ Close deals and manage the full sales process or hand off clients to our team (lower commission).
πΉ Build long-term relationships and expand your client base.
What We Expect from You:
β Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales.
β Good English skills for client communication.
β Independence & professionalism in representing our brand.
β Freelancer/Entrepreneur status (or willingness to register).
π° Commission Structure – Performance-Based Rewards
πΉ OPTION 1: Full Sales & Client Management (Higher Commission)
β 50% of net profit for the first two months (to help you get started).
β 40% of net profit from month three onward.
πΉ Condition: You fully manage the sales process, including client and carrier communication, until transport completion. (Don’t worry, we provide training!)
πΉ Duration: Commissions apply indefinitely for every transport your client books until either party (Easy Move or you) ends the cooperation.
πΉ OPTION 2: Client Introduction Only (Lower Commission)
β 40% of net profit for the first two months (to help you get started).
β 25% of net profit from month three onward.
πΉ Condition: You bring in sales, initiate client communication, and remain available for new requests. Once the sale is confirmed, our team takes over the entire transport process.
πΉ Duration: Commissions apply indefinitely for every transport your client books until either party (Easy Move or you) ends the cooperation.
